How the Candidate Selection Process Works:

Step 1: We receive your application!

Step 2: Phone Interview. A phone interview is conducted to gather basic information about your skills and knowledge

Step 3: In-Person Interview. During this interview, we assess not only your professional experience and knowledge but also your personal competencies, such as your ability to work in a team.

Step 4: Theoretical Knowledge Assessment. Depending on your experience, your theoretical knowledge might be tested. For example, understanding of welding notation and technical drawings.

Step 5: Practical Skills Test. Practical skill assessment is an essential part of the selection process! After completing the full interview, welding tests (or other relevant tests, depending on the profession) are organized in the VLAVI welding laboratory.

Step 6: Final Selection. You have completed the full selection process! Now it’s our task to find the project that best matches your skills, knowledge, and personality.
