We will process the personal information provided by you in Latvia in accordance with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (of 27 April, 2016) on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation). Services in Latvia are provided by SIA “VLAVI Resurss”, which is solely responsible for the protection of your personal data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Personal data is processed for the following purposes: provision of personnel selection and training services for a specific project, as well as provision of a legal basis for the initial data processing based on your consent.

The legitimate interest of the data holder in the processing of your personal data arises from the obligation to provide evidence in the event of a potential claim, as well as to ensure its commercial interests. The personal data processing consent can be revoked at any time, however, the data will be processed till the expiration of the limitation of the legal action term provided by the statute, determined for every specific case. The revocation of consent also does not affect the data processing until such revocation is changed, i.e., past activities based on your data processing consent cannot be changed.

The categories of personal data recipients include directly authorised persons of the data holder; employees of the data holder, potential employers; persons having certain open positions (vacancies), including foreign companies, as well as state and municipal authorities and officials, and judicial authorities as provided for by the law. Accurate information on the recipients of your personal data within a certain period of time, as well as any other information related to your personal data processing with the exception of information, the disclosure of which is prohibited by law, can be obtained by sending a message to [email protected], and agreeing on further actions. Your personal data is not sent to any country outside the European Union or the European Economic Area.

Your personal data will be stored until the purpose of data processing is achieved, i.e., until the relevant employment legal relations are established, and the legitimate interests of the data operator are secured for a period of up to 10 years, i.e., till the expiration of the limitation of the legal action term. All the data processing is carried out with human mediation. You have the right to file a complaint to the Data Protection Authority (DPA) at any time and withdraw your consent to the use of your personal data.
